Please agree to this waiver: By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following: *You are voluntarily participating in ths One-Mile Walk/Run at your own risk. *You understand that physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, and other potential hazards. *You certify that you are physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. *You agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, instructors, sponsors, volunteers and all related parties from any and all liaility for any injuries, illness or damages that my result from your participation. *You consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating.
