Customers may use the sauna once per day for 20, 30, or 40 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
The Infrared Sauna at Absolute Fitness is offered as a service for members. This service is deeply discounted compared to sauna services at other businesses. Sauna is used by appointment only. Waiver must be completed before using the sauna. Waivers will be provided when you arrive at your sauna session. The use of the infrared sauna is voluntary and you assume the risk of injury, accident or death which may arise from the use of an infrared sauna. We highly recommend checking with your doctor before use.
